Kids Ability

This class was created for children who are having difficulty with playground activities or basic sport skills including throwing, catching, jumping, hopping, kicking or climbing. If your child struggles to keep up with their teammates during sports activities or has fallen behind in gym class, this could be for them! This class will focus on improving their flexibility, agility, strength training, core stability, balance and sport specific skills. Facilitated by a registered kinesiologist.

1x/week for 8 weeks

Sport Skills

This class was designed for children aged 7-11 who are looking to enhance their sports skills. Classes will focus on team building, agility, developing power while throwing, kicking and jumping, dynamic catching, improving reaction time, and game scenario play. Facilitated by a registered kinesiologist.

The Running Club

The running club includes a 30minute individual gait/running assessment and 8 running classes. Each class will consist of a dynamic warm up, run, cool down, and stretching session. Both the assessment and the running classes are facilitated by a registered kinesiologist.

Girls Intro To Strengthening

This class will focus on improving confidence through team building activities, strength and conditioning training, body positioning and awareness, flexibility, agility and coordination. This is a great program where your daughter can learn to exercise safely, with proper technique while meeting new friends! Facilitated by a registered kinesiologist.

Fitness Fundamentals

This circuit style class focuses on building the fundamentals of fitness. Goals include improving aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, muscular strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and more! This class is designed for children aged 9-13 who have a goal of improving their overall fitness. Facilitated by a registered physiotherapist.

Class registration includes a 1 hour individual fitness assessment with the physiotherapist.
